Ethiopian Cafe - March 11th

A celebration! After the service on March 11th, we will have an “Ethiopian Café”. The Fellowship Hall, again, will smell of Ethiopian foods. Doro Wat, the signature dish of Ethiopia will be served. Mesir Wat, the spicy lentil stew will grace the table. Tikil Gomen, a cabbage dish, will tempt the senses. The fragrant fumes of fenugreek, cumin and coriander will dance down our halls proclaiming victory for two villages: Dengolt, Ethiopia and the UUFW.
