UU Principles

We, the members of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Waco, covenant to affirm and promote:

- The inherent worth and dignity of every person;

- Justice, equity and compassion in human relations;

- Acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth in our
congregations;

- A free and responsible search for truth and meaning;

- The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our
congregations and in society at large;

- The goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all;

- Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.

UU Principles as told by our kids...

- Every person is important and valuable.

- All people should be treated fairly.

- Our church is a place where we accept one another and learn together.

- Each person is free to search for what is true and right.

- All people have the right to speak out and vote on things that matter to them.

- We work for a peaceful, fair and free world.

- We take care of the earth, the home we share with all living things.
